      Good work environment; Meaningful Work; They are on the cutting edge in implementing technology and other new practices.

      Cons

      All positions other than physicians and upper management are on the very low end of the pay scale; There is not a lot of opportunity for growth in an administrative role, and there is no mentoring.

      always busy with cases so the day goes by quickly. when i was there they offered more education to advance at the position.

      not very flexible when it comes to hours
