      Pros

      It is satisfying to be able to help at risk community population. Co workers are an enjoyable and colorful bunch.

      Cons

      The management has a very negative approach. Ideas and opinions are not encouraged or welcomed. If you have ever had a "good" manager, you'll recognize right away that these "managers" have not been properly trained. They think that managing means "bossing". Also, the turnover rate is extremely high. The CEO either does not notice or does not care because it continues weekly.

      Pros

      Working at St. Hope, there are a lot of pros I could list. My favorite pro is our family night events we host. Our last event hosted was at Main Event! It was so much fun. Working at St. Hope, the energy is always positive. Even in times of busyness, we come together to get the job done! Personally, I can say working at St. Hope has brought me great work/life balance, which was very important for me to have working at any job. My position allows me to learn new things every chance I can. I work with amazing people and they are very supportive. At St. Hope everyone is welcomed and celebrated! Gaining employment with St. Hope was the best thing that happened for me!
