      staff lunch was at 11.30am,before i started my shift at 12am which was a bit early for me.

      Industry in expansion, a good place to learn this industry as professional people is working in the company. Moment of growth and consolidation in a niche market.

      Cons

      Company tight in long term funds, therefore excessive focus on short term, need to be a good negotiator otherwise the owners will try to offer only a low salary for the position offered
