Pros
Very small classes, can focus on individualizing work for student progress.
Cons
Because it's such a small school, teachers are *expected* to stretch themselves to cover classes when other teachers are not available/on PTO. Limited staff also means that you are expected to take on additional roles and spend additional time at school with no additional bonus/pay.
