      Best people you’ll ever work with! Decent pay compared to other locations. Love the people I work with

      Administration is terrible. Employees are treated like cogs in a wheel and are drained of every last bit of service they can provide. Administration touts an “open door policy,” but every suggestion is ignored. The turnover rate is really high due to burnout. During covid they refused to provide PPE to certain employees. They do not provide sick leave for covid.

      Pros

      I liked most of the people I worked with and the schedule was great. Nice facility. For the MOST part, the staff was helpful and would step in and help when you needed. Fast paced and helped shifts go by faster.

      Cons

      Some of the staff/charges could be difficult to work with and would not help when you needed help. At times could be stressful due to patient acuity and/or multiple very sick patients at the same time
