Best and worst place I’ve worked - Senior principle trainer St Charles Health System Employee Review

I started out with the best manager you could have ever asked for, and unfortunately, she was pushed out by how terrible upper management got. The team began to fall apart after that, everyone was unhappy and we weren’t supported at all. There’s also absolutely zero room for growth if you do not play the game the upper management wants you to play. I was recommended by my manager to interview to take over her position and they wouldn’t even consider me because I was remote even though they let other managers be remote.
