      None that I can think of. Only think is departments seem to lose a manager every 2 years or so.

      Very flexible and easy job

      Cons

      Poor middle management, culture is wrecked by layoffs so people are scared to speak up, many leaders are poorly qualified, people are so stuck in their ways that they are not willing to make positive change
