Great salary and benefits. Good co-workers. If you like living in Central Oregon, they are a great employer and take care of their employees.
Cons
When I was working at SCHS there was a of scope creep on jobs. Executives would regularly change the direction of the organization, and priorities got inserted in full schedules causing large work loads for employees.
