I liked the people I worked with in my office.

Total mismanagement. Employee training is non existent. Complete lack of organization. If upper management liked you - you could be incompetent and keep your job, yet I saw people who were good at what they did get let go because upper management didn't like them. They never evaluate you when they promise. Everything I was promised when hired turned out to be a lie.

Working here allows one to learn the basics required in any IT job. The teams work well together, and management is willing to teach you the necessary skills for you to level up within the industry. Would highly recommend to anybody looking for their first "real IT" job.

As a small company, the pace might seem a bit slower than some other organizations.
