Good place to learn work politics, learn about how to handle impossible requests being made. Learn how people behave in hostile work environments

Top level workers unaware of the processes they over see. Communication problems between bosses, managers need to be more hands on. For a research based company very few thinkers involved in optimizing and getting process to work. Small company willing to exploit its workers and underpay.
