Nothing good about his company - Business Development Associate Srchout Software Employee Review

Nothing is good in company. Don't join this company ever.

Salary is paid after 10 of month and mostly on 15. They don't have funds to run the company, as they say we haven't got payment from client hence will not be able to give salary on time. They don't give FnF to employees, whenever I mail for my money (FnF), they say we will give it there is financial issue in company. Simply they don't want to give FnF. The management will stop talking to you once they your tenure is ending with the company.

Nothing in favor of this fraud company

There is zero job security in the company. They can terminate you any time. At the time of salary they say "get some lead, we don't have funds to provide salary". After termination they stop answering calls and reply messages. The HR staff and CEO are so uncooperative they never pick up calls. They'll make you cry for F&F payment. They'll keep exceeding the time limit but they won't provide Please requesting anyone thinking of joining this company "think as much as possible"
