      - Managers are listening - Projects are fun - People are coming back to the studios even if unlimited work from home is possible, because of the great studio vibe - Friday Meetings

      Pros

      Remote work is a breeze, people are generally really nice.

      Cons

      They don't seem to ever have something lined up, so the contracts are given for weeks at a time, which can get pretty stressful. They drill you about their salaries being industry standard (whatever that means), but don't get fooled, it's the lowest offer you'll get anywhere.

      Good team Large office with snacks/coffee/etc Optional team building events No overtime/crunch Once let go, lot of assistance and tools to help find new job.

      Not a lot of steady work. Often had down time and led to my team and I getting let go,
