Remote work is a breeze, people are generally really nice.

They don't seem to ever have something lined up, so the contracts are given for weeks at a time, which can get pretty stressful. They drill you about their salaries being industry standard (whatever that means), but don't get fooled, it's the lowest offer you'll get anywhere.
