Pros

-Some of the products were initially of good quality, but this is no longer the case. -The experience serves as a lesson to avoid working for similar companies in the future. -The low salaries provide an unintended lesson in frugality.

Cons

-The work environment is characterized by a toxic atmosphere and lack of professionalism. -Management engages in excessive micromanagement, resembling exploitative behavior. -Significant role ambiguity causes confusion regarding employee responsibilities. -There is no work-life balance, with expectations for late-night work and unpaid overtime. -Despite frequent references to “Culture” and “Values,” there is no evidence of these being practiced. -Employees are frequently threatened, with management showing disregard for their well-being and job security. -The company faces high turnover rates, with numerous resignations and terminations. -The overall environment negatively impacts mental health, leading to burnout, dissatisfaction, and increasing despair over time.

Pros

Multicultural environment with people from different backgrounds and nationalities.

Cons

One of the worst companies I have ever worked for. The management’s solution to almost every problem is firing employees. Whenever any issue arises or whenever the company faces challenges, layoffs become the immediate response. This cycle keeps repeating every year with mass layoffs and constant job insecurity. There is little to no appreciation for employees’ hard work. Long working hours are common, and work life balance is poor. The company promotes a very different image on social media, constantly advertising a “PACK” but the reality inside the organization is completely opposite. Advice to others: If you absolutely need a job due to personal or financial circumstances, you can join temporarily, but continue searching for a better and more stable opportunity alongside it.

Pros

- pay can be good depending on position - promotion can be swift with very little experience - location of head office is easily accessible - some very nice people

Cons

- Toxic management led by fear. Don't speak up or challenge, Don't expect any work life balance. Expectation is to go to every sporting event, after work & at weekend, regardless of any family or personal plans. HR threaten employees that it will be a bad mark on their file for non attendance (they even put this in writing on email). - Don't believe what you see on social media; it's not a pack, it's not a good culture or a happy team. - Staff turnover is a real problem at around 60%. Many staff members terminated after their skills and information drained from them. - Lack of experience of decision makers. Titles and hierarchy are everything. Narcissist will enjoy it! - No job security. They waste money relocating many staff members and then terminate them. This happens at every level in all departments. - Burnout is real.
