best part of working at squarespace was my colleagues. everyone seemed to care and want to put forth effort to a common goal. team meetings, and cust. ops. team meetings were engaging and a nice, refreshing breather from queue. strong and connected company culture has been fostered and felt even through a remote position. honestly kept me wanting to show up even when the role felt challenging.
Cons
live chatting can be draining, especially as you try to provide a step by step support, a tailored and empathetic customer service experience and balance metrics on multiple chats at a time.
