      Honestly the best work culture and compassionate environment I’ve ever worked in. I believe lots of people here feel the same way because most stay for many years, there isn’t a fast turnaround.

      Cons

      I wish I got paid more but the work/life balance is so good it’s kind of worth it.

      Pros

      Cool company that values engineering and embraces remote work. Great mission behind it. Everyone seems pretty happy. My coworkers are awesome. It's not hard to get a hold of anyone when you need it. Growth opportunities seem to be readily available. We seem to have a positive future in front of us.

      Cons

      Leadership in certain areas has felt like a revolving door, but engineering talent remains strong. The decision to go private has impacted the salary expectations that I joined with.
