If you want to get good salary, bonus & other incentives and don't mind tolerating / working with boomers, yes.
Cons
Poor attitude especially from the corporate team in the senior management line most are bullies. They are naïve & not open to suggestions from the team which they managed. Mistakes the SMs makes gets ignored but not for other employees non management.
