My experience at Square Yards Noida was extremely disappointing. In terms of career growth, it does not offer meaningful opportunities. Regardless of one’s seniority, the role is largely limited to telecalling in sales. The salary is initially presented with the promise of substantial incentives, but upon joining, employees realize that the reality is quite different. Many projects are unappealing to buyers due to issues such as the absence of RERA approval and stalled construction. The work environment is highly unprofessional, with many employees showing little interest in career development and instead engaging in office gossip and inappropriate behavior. The company frequently hires candidates in large numbers to create an illusion of expansion but later struggles to pay salaries, resulting in mass terminations. Additionally, the full and final settlement process takes 90 days, yet after this period, the legal team becomes unresponsive. The HR department is primarily focused on recruitment and lacks efficiency in other areas. Overall, Square Yards is not a suitable workplace, particularly for female employees, due to its toxic work culture and lack of professionalism.
