Pros
You'll find all kinds of creeps, stalkers, authoritarians, miro managers ...everyone here behaves like they own you. you won't even be paid enough to sustain. They promise you a cleverly structured CTC but actually pay you 8K a month, that too will be deducted if you're not able to donkey yoursellf enough. Worst experience. Words will fall short describing the kind of sick environment they create for a human being. Join this company if you want to go through something worst than hell. They hire you, use you, and then put you in a situation where they don't have to fire you. you'll quit by yoursef. zero ethics. Worst nightmare!

Only cons. no pros. It's almost been an year that I quit that sick environment. worked for two months . Went through hell!!! was paid 12K for two months 'hardwork'. They make you work like donkeys and pay you like you don't even exist. Very clever bhaiyan environment. Their HR department is totallly sold out. HRs aren't allowed to use their brain beyond what the management believes. They're all clever exploiters....I feel for the aged guys working there...only coz they're stuck and their pending incentives haven't been cleared. They deliberatly do this to keep you stuck in this hell. DONOT join this firm even in your dreams.
