No reasons, never enter their door, your career graph will go down. They are the biggest scammers in Dubai. They don't even maintain precautions for covid hence they were recently penalized. They lack culture big time, very unprofessional. They like to be addressed as sir, they cant work on first name basis, this shows their professional conduct. They come from primitive age, they show the gloomy things which only 10% of the employees get, who are working from the start. All the new joiners are treated as machines. No employee relations, no space, even the HR has no absolute clue of what she is doing, purely disorganized maze.
Cons
They are a big con, I urge Dubai government to see the culture in which they work and take robust action against them.
