I had been employed in this company for 9 long months and i have been working on and off the working hours to do my job. I got relieved from company on 12th July 2019 and was said i will get my F&F after 60 days of my relieving date. I urged for my documents even that were promised me to be given after 60 days of my relieving. I have been following up to HR of their Noida team who were giving me excuse of system and policies. When i asked again after 60 days they again gave some lame excuse to me and said i will get it by 15 th october 2019. Finally after rigorous follow ups i got my F&F settled on 17th October 2019 that too was calculated wrongly. So practically I got lesser F&F amount that too after 100 days and I haven't received relieving letter and payslip yet. I have written mail and also i called their helpline which is all waste. I followed up with my managers there even they don't have any idea of anything coz obviously they all are less than a year or two in the system and they don't have any powers or authorities. Only people who have any authority is Mr. Tanuj Shori and Mrs. Kanika Shori the founder's. Others in this company are just puppets following what Shori family is saying. I am damn sure this not just my opinion but of all the current and ex-employee of Square Yards. Whatever it is I just want to caution all those who are joining them or who are willing to take job in that company. I am not sure if my salary and documents will be given after this review, but my review will help all those who want actually review of their culture and policies.
