Pros
One gets a lot of exposure in terms of dealing with international clients and working in different markets across the globe. Had a good team outing especially with the marketing team.
Cons
top management is inexperienced. show off in everything not really employee motivating or centric. high attrition rate. FAmily members are running the entire organization and they have zero experience in terms of handling team or building a robust organization. The founding members have lost the vision with which the company was founded. Most of the dynamic principal partners have already left. New people hired are an outcome of a filtration process through which only incompetent inefficient people are getting selected.
