Im not sure about the Japanese side of the buisness but ive always wanted to work for this company and was a dream come true when i got a job here. However 18 months in and it ended up being a nightmare and id never want to work there ever again. I worked in the london offices and there is too much politics and drama. No career progression and stale salary. I also felt trapped and discluded and without a voice. Unfortunately, Im glad im no longer part of this company.
