      - Lots of change - Cannot negotiate salary unless you get promoted or switch roles - A lot of churn in leadership recently

      Pros

      mid level people managers do care about their staff and employees and try to do their best with what they have.

      Cons

      Upper level management changes about every 6 months with little to no warning which changes the entire directory of the organization. If you are uncomfortable being uncomfortable it is not the place for you.
