      The AE role can be a lot, as it involves everything from sourcing and prospecting to account management and, at times, customer support.

      Pros

      mid level people managers do care about their staff and employees and try to do their best with what they have.

      Cons

      Upper level management changes about every 6 months with little to no warning which changes the entire directory of the organization. If you are uncomfortable being uncomfortable it is not the place for you.
