      Flexible work hours. Work from home maybe due to short of funds. Unlimited leaves, still needs approval from Manager

      Cons

      Always struggling with funding. No job security. Can shut anytime. Company size is very small, around 40 employees are there which is smaller than my prev comp team size. HR team does not know anything about taxes

      No micromanagement. Work hard and the results will speak for itself. You will be appreciated and recognised for performing well.
