- All the founding engineers left the company in last few months - The main con I have experienced is that there is no work-life balance while working in this company. I felt more stressed due to this work culture. - There is too much micromanagement which is not good for a healthy team environment. - There are not many seniors from whom you can learn or get help when you are stuck on something.
