People Support & Understanding- There is a personal touch and accessibility to the reporting mangers Flexibility due to work form home- only until then Short Term Goals & Hustle- People are expected to achieve short terms goals together with stringent timelines which brings the best out of them Work Life Balance (Only till its work from home) Compensation- fair pay to the inhouse team while I feel that SEs needs to be also paid at par- there is some work there Right to express- Anyone and everyone can express what they feel about things openly in the townhalls

Visibility to Teams structure & hierarchy could be better There should be proper policies in Place- Like Holidays, Leave Policy says unlimited leaves, however one can hardly take their own weekly offs leave due to work commitments last minute activities/projects Rosters should be created in advance and shared to avoid any last minutes/ad-hoc requirements
