Good Company, But Poor Management at Koratty Branch

I had the opportunity to work at the Koratty branch of this company in Kerala. Overall, the company itself is quite good and has potential. However, the branch is currently facing serious issues due to poor leadership. The branch manager, Mr. Sujinth, is the main reason for the decline in the work environment. His behavior towards employees is extremely unprofessional, treating them more like laborers than skilled professionals. Discussing salary with him feels like asking for a favor rather than a right. There is no guarantee of a stable monthly salary — if there are fewer tasks or development hours logged, salaries are often reduced arbitrarily. I'm not sure if the main management is aware of what’s happening at the Koratty branch, but this kind of mismanagement seriously affects the morale and trust of employees. This is just one example — there’s much more that happened during my time there, but I hope this feedback serves as a warning. To the leadership at SQUAD: please be vigilant about such individuals who can damage the company's reputation and employee well-being.

- Talent is measured by the vacancies their having - HR and their behavior (Previously they are faculties in college now they have become Talent Acquisition Specialist & Technical Training Coordinator without any knowledge) - Technical Training Coordinator is always work from home / only comes on Wednesday - Still using old tech stack, It is good if this improves - If you are trainee then no material/guidance will be provided by " Technical Training Coordinators" - Transparency with employee when they are coming for campus placements
