Really interesting projects, great way to build expertise in the industry

Very tight and stressful deadlines

The work was very challenging, but in an engaging and enjoyable way. I had a lot of support from my managers, and the training was good, but I also felt a great deal of independence and responsibility in my research. I learned a lot in this role. I was a freelancer, but felt a part of the company and that I was treated well.

I was a freelancer, so it comes with the territory that sometimes you have a lot of work and at other times you don't have much. It really depends on the period and your own availability.
