Senior management reorganization is exactly what was needed. Getting rid of negativity and spiteful manager who didn’t do anything but complain has created a new energy and morale boost. All senior managers are engaged and involved with our success. Amazing how one or two people and other simple changes can make a difference.

Should have made that change sooner. Don’t let others who are stuck stop the great effort and vision. They get it or they get out.
