Pros

Some opportunities for growth, solid benefits, frontline staff are dedicated and friendly

Cons

The entire company lives in fear of the ultra rich head of the company who regularly belittles people over completely typical business issues and micromanages everything. Has absurd expectations and is toxic to everyone by his own admission. Everyone has a horror story of dealing with him, treats the company as his personal plaything. Projects never gain traction because he throws your work back in your face and insults it. Never seen so many high-performing staff jump ship so quickly.

Pros

Incredibly supportive, collaborative team with great passion for what they do. There are plenty of opportunities for growth within the company, and you will be encouraged to learn and explore your strengths. Truly a community that values individuality, with managers that care more deeply for their employees' wellbeing and success than I've seen at any other company. For those interested in immersive entertainment, museum curation, psychology, education, technology, (or, if you're just a big storytelling nerd) there is something here for you! Offers a wide range of interdisciplinary roles.

Cons

There weren't really any at all--the company is always pursuing new, creative endeavors which meant multi-tasking and changing gears became a must as times, but were always a pleasure due to the exciting nature of all incoming projects.

Pros

Pretty cool museum with interesting interactives Other brand ambassadors are mostly really great and a joy to work with. Flexible scheduling based on your availability, set a month in advance. You're stationed at different parts of the museum throughout the day, so you're not stuck/bored in one place for too long. Simple, easy job. I would absolutely recommend it as a part time job if you don't want to invest much into it. Managers are nice and generally fair. You just have to do your job and stay out of drama (lots of teenagers and people in their early 20's)

Cons

Lack of transparency from upper management Dishonesty about opportunities for growth - it is not easy to get full time, promised a promotion just to later reveal that the position doesn't exist and that there's no training for said position. Pressure to work nights - only a weekend shift every week was required in my hiring letter, despite how much they insist that closing is required (it may be different now). They will take advantage of any skill you have to help them improve their product and fill whatever vacancies come up (as a company should) but won't acknowledge your contributions with anything other than a "thank you". I'd recommend to just do your job, and nothing more.
