Pros

The projects you get to work on are amazing. The work environment is relaxed and flexible. Common sense applies - if it's snowing & traffic is snarled then you can work from home. Opportunities for advancement

Cons

If you just want to collect a paycheck and go home you won't last long here. Everyone is expected to contribute

Pros

The people, culture + clients were great. The office + gym were bonuses.

Cons

The agency was acquired by its largest client, so the whole ‘agency working on different things’ ended.

Pros

Spyder Trap is a great place to work. There are many things to like but what makes the work environment great is the people. They are full of unique insights into digital problems and have the talent to work through the largest challenges. The office space is fantastic located right next to Loring Park makes it easy to come and go without getting stuck in too much downtown traffic. Compensation is fair and the benefits are great. Given the size of the company they do a good job of offering similar benefit packages as companies ten times the people. There is a high level of transparency with the employees of the company which is a big positive for me.

Cons

I love the building but once in a while due to the nature of its age, the building can leak when there has been a bad storm. Luckily it's in an area that has little effect on peoples work day life.
