Great Place to Work - Manager Spy Centre Security Employee Review

In my close to 2 years of working at Spy Centre I have learned so much and had my horizons expanded before my eyes. I get to come to work knowing that I am going to help someone and truly solve a issue. The work environment its self is very comfortable, everyone is very nice and team work is a very big thing here as well. Also one thing that has stuck out to me greatly working here is the fact that everyone's opinion matters and is taken into consideration. I can truly say that Spy Centre has helped me grow as a person and I hope to continue my time here for years to come!

Being a retail environment and considering we work with technology on a daily basis I would say my biggest con would have to be the tech support side of the business. Whether or not its the product its self or a user error its a frustrating matter because just like everyone else, I want it to work when I open that box!

Over 250 electronic gadgets to learn and play with, it's like a treasure trove of electronic goodness. Get to help layout and sell CCTV systems for home and business security. Commissioned sales, if you got the willingness to learn and put some effort in the sky is the limit. Closed on sundays, stores open at 10am close at 6pm. Plenty of training offered, ability to bring ideas to the table and implement them yourself!

Customers can be difficult because its a small business. But that's most anywhere I suppose.
