Spurgeons truly cares about it's employee's and ensures everyone knows how much they are valued and how their work contributes to supporting positive changes for children and families throughout the UK.

      A nice team Some lovely people remain (though many were made redundant)

      Cons

      Bad financial situation, redundancies after redundancies so it feels like there is no job security. Overworked as there aren't enough people Leaders don't seem down to earth or to care much - big goals but not realistic No career opportunities and pay is relatively low
