you can learn because managers make simple things too difficult. so you can explore different situation. nothing else is great. I would recommend this company for tamilians:)

#no flexible time.If you work till 12 in night still manager ask you to come before 10 next morning and they dare to question you why are you late if you are late. #Its like many small companies with lots of politics you will be thrown out any time. #varying salary.Your work does not matters, Only show off matters. #Not at all recommended for girls.If you are self respected person not a place for you.There is no give respect take respect policy.You might work late night as well. #All so called directors are too egoistic and partiality people.They will put you in any situation to satisfy their ego. List goes on...
