Incredibly passionate leadership, always looking to create the next best thing. You are valued, and so is your work. Every time I voiced a concern, had feedback, or an idea, it was listened to and taken into account. Expect every single thing you do (even the small ones) to have a huge impact, which in turn creates value behind the effort you put into the company. Both your time & personal life are valued. They expect you to be able to perform, but also recognize that you are a human being and that you should be treated as such. Even in the stressful, early-stage startup moments, the team is able to have a good laugh. The dev team was close-knit, and I still keep in contact with all of them on a friendly basis-- even the higher ups. You will learn a lot very quickly and will have a chance to work on so many cool things from the ground up. Spryte was a great start to my development career and I will carry the lessons I've learned there for a long time.
