3yWe are glad to hear that you find our platform and combination of capabilities powerful, and appreciate your positive comments about our growth and marketing teams. We also value the contributions of our talented Sprykees.
However, we are sorry to hear that you have concerns regarding certain aspects of Spryker. We understand that getting paid properly is important, that's why recently executed a global benchmarking exercise based on market/role-specific data and we (continue to) base offers, promotions and salary raises on that.
We also recognize the importance of diversity and inclusion, and since the beginning of 2023, we officially have an Inclusive Culture & Belonging Partner at Spryker, who is driving different initiatives to ensure we are improving our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
A clear step towards that direction is the recent commitment we took by signing as members of the Diversity Charter e.V. and the creation of a Diversity Council and Affinity Groups to support diversity expression and inclusivity inside Spryker. Currently, we are working on (Leadership) Enablement Trainings around DEI topics.
