      Competitive salary Great culture - not too big to be lost in the structure but not too small Everyone is very helpful and wecoming Fantastic Product Work - hours flexibility Work from anywhere Unlimited leave for those ahead of their KPI's

      Cons

      Nothing is really a can at this stage. The only one i can think of is some evening work required to fit in with Eurpoean time zone. But they are very respectful of time and family commitments

      They have a nice office in Berlin?

      Cons

      This has been one of the most disappointing companies I've ever worked with. It's baffling how they're still operating - I can't understand how they make money or stay in business. Upper management seemed completely out of touch, focusing more on hosting parties than effectively running the organization.
