They cheated me out of my last paycheck because I did not give 2 weeks notice. I had an "At Will" contract like most of you. I had a personal emergency which required me to be at home for a while so I thought it best to leave the project. The project manager at the company (Mosaic) thought that he had the right to not approve my timesheet because I did not give notice before leaving. WRONG. This gave Spruce Tech a reason to not pay me. Wrong again! I will be pursuing both of them through the Department of Labor. Funny thing about "At Will" contracts... you do not have to give any notice....
