      Team atmosphere, staff meetings, staff retreats, team meetings, tasty and free daily lunches, Spruce Mountain Day, Staff & Client Breakfast, Field Day, comfy chairs, ample time off, 8 hour day and can leave work at work, and mostly positive relations among staff

      Cons

      We're open for business 24 hours a day, 365 days a year so you need to schedule your time off for all holidays...that's life in a residential treatment mental health & life skills facility that's always open.
