Overall a great company just small and not a crazy amount of guidance. Very cool tech and clothing items that set the shop apart from most. Knowledgable staff who care about their clients.

Not much guidance or leadership. Still small so not many benefits but no large cons either

One of the best banks to work for and I worked for them a couple of times both in the UK and overseas: Very inventive, willing to try things; learn fast, knew how to get the best out of the people that worked there. Had a great time, again some really talented people too many to name here and met a real leader in Derek White, absolutely brilliant who just wanted to get the job done and provided all the support necessary.
