Pros

Culture: Sprout genuinely lives and breathes its values. The company's commitment to its culture is not just lip service; it's evident in every aspect of work life. From the top down, employees are encouraged to embrace diversity, creativity, and collaboration. Career Growth: Sprout invests in its employees' professional development. There are ample opportunities for career growth, and the company actively supports employees in expanding their skills and taking on new challenges. If you're eager to climb the career ladder, Sprout provides the resources and mentorship to help you reach your goals. Leadership: One of the standout features of Sprout is its leadership. The company has managed to assemble a team of industry leaders who not only guide the company strategically but also foster a transparent and open environment. The leadership team is approachable, and their commitment to being an "open & authentic communication" adds a layer of trust to the workplace. Company Events: Sprout goes above and beyond to foster a sense of community among its global workforce. The annual Mid-Year Meet event is a testament to the company's dedication to bringing employees together, regardless of geographical location. These events not only strengthen professional relationships but also create a vibrant and connected workplace culture.

Cons

Not entirely a con, but one aspect that some employees might find challenging is the absence of an annual pay increase. However, it's important to note that Sprout mitigates this by offering an annual equity grant based on individual performance. While a traditional salary increase is absent, the equity grant provides a unique opportunity for financial growth and aligns compensation with individual contributions.

Pros

This is the best company culture, and I think everything else flows from it: the possibility of new projects, the work-life balance, the benefits. Sprout invests in its people, from generous PTO and company-wide R&R Days to meeting-free focus days. The benefits package is pretty comprehensive including medical, vision and dental plans, 16 weeks of paid parental leave for all parents, a 401(k) with company match, ESPP, and real remote work (you receive a stipends for your home office) with joining the whole team in Chicago a couple times a year. On the growth side, feedback is both expected and encouraged, informally and formally. I've been really happy here.

Cons

Compensation does trend below market average for the industry, but personally, the overall benefits package and culture help offset that.
