In the office some people tend to smoke/vape which makes it uncomfortable and is a big reason on why I left

- Sometimes there's no learning curves if you should jump in to new tech in case in need. But there is always hands for backing you up. - There's no RND time. - Inadequate working device. - There's no smoking room. There's no perfect company, everybody has their own POV. While we grow, there are things that are evolving (updating technology, adding office space, formalizing SOP.) that affects the flexibility that come along with any growing company. It's important to not get hung up on what's wrong, but to focus on what is happening that is right and the progress in actions (not just words) that support that.
