      some of the colleagues are nice, but mostly are toxic

      Cons

      -higher ups like to push the responsibilities and pressure everyone to rush things out, everything just rush and rush. They only treat those who can bring great benefits and are ‘useful’ to them nice -pay is always late, also they pay like peanut to the freelancers, no budget-no budget always no budget
