Pros
Flexible hours. If you were lucky, you could progress and negotiate a higher salary every year. Not sure if this will still be the case, since the JD buyout, three markets shut-down, and considering the recent layoffs.
Cons
Super toxic environment; aggressive middle management, hyper-focused on reporting and capable of treating you like if you were a sub-human; a lot of friction between some sub-areas; upper management incapable of managing crisis. The workload was ginormous, and you were expected to work extra hours or during the night without any compensation. Plus, as per the new JD collective agreement, if you leave the company you won't get your bonus.
