      Pros

      The people you work with are the best thing (other servers and bartenders) most are good people and easy to talk to.

      Cons

      You have no work life balance at all, requests off are always denied and they constantly work you to death (overtime, scheduling 6 day work weeks) there is hardly any time left in the day/week for yourself or family.

      Tips increase your hourly rate by a $1 Some disney benefits Some people are fun to work with

      Cons

      Terrible, unorganized and rude managegent. High turnover so you get treated like garbage if you dont keep up or even attempt to get a day off. There is no holiday pay. You will be so overworked and exhausted that you wont have time to use any disney benefit. If your team is composed of teenagers, be ready for high school hell. Lots of favoritism, trash talk and backstabbing. If you want food service experience go somewhere else
