      Opportunities for hours and commission/tips

      Cons

      Drama, drama, drama. This business consists of high schoolers and 40+ year olds who are way too involved with each others' personal lives. Not to mention several inappropriate comments were made about/to myself and co-workers from older men in managerial positions.

      Lovely co workers and residents. I have learned a lot from the management and I enjoy all of them.

      Cons

      pay is poor, not competitive. Unfortunately, their hands are tied with this because of a strict budget.
