Cheap administration and management - Graduate Student Springhill Medical Center Employee Review

No staff Administration in archaic 1950s mentality with old white men and management is bias in that they are best friends outside work place and discriminate amongst nursing staff. No decent pay raises, no incentives to stay if you are a veteran nurse, no bonuses. Most of all, unsafe working condition. Definitely need more inclusion and diversity in administration.
