Terminated after giving notice - Graphic Designer Springfield Sign Employee Review

Management is absolutely terrible. The upper echelon are all relatives, and the management chain is way too long for how little people they employ. My former department had two employees with three managers, including the owner. A lot of toe-stepping and micromanagement occurs in that environment. It is fine in the short term, but it wears on you fairly quickly. After being in good terms with the company, I was offered a job elsewhere with much better pay and benefits, and gave a 2 week notice. Two hours later, I was fired.
